BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is responsible for processing and recording financial accounting transactions and preparing accounting documentation, support on miscellaneous department affairs and ad hoc.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supplier Invoice input, checking, AP matching, and reports reconciliation
- Support on document filing and scanning
- Document delivery to bank / tax department / government bureau / law firm
- Issue debit / credit note
- Set up online payments and Issue & distribute checks to suppliers
- Prepare journal voucher
- Ad hoc analysis, reconciliation etc. as directed by manager

- Finance team and Management
- Cross functional teams such as Logistics and Order Management, and regional marketing Finance
- Bank/Tax/Government bureau/Law Firm

Education, Qualification and training
- Bachelor degree
- Major in Accounting or relevant subjects
Experience or skills required
- 1 years relevant working experience in accounting /finance preferred, fresh graduate acceptable
- Proficient in Excel, familiar with Word
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Specialised knowledge or skills required
- Familiar with Oracle preferred
- LCCI or other financial certificates preferred
