Responsibilities:
- System installation / relocation / retrofit / upgrade / maintenance;
- System hardware repair , troubleshooting and critical issue investigation ;
- Work with support team to solve engineering and production problems for customers.
- Performing detailed electrical failure analysis of system;
- Issuing Diagnosing / Calibration / product failure analysis / troubleshooting /repair reports.
- Observing the product quality and liaising with departments locally & overseas.
- Establishing an effective feedback channel to the various customer issue.
- customer regular visit and relationship maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Optical Engineering; electrical/electronic engineering; mechatronic/electromechanical engineering, Instruments Measurement.
- Basic C/C++, Perl or Java programming skills
- Possess excellent schematic interpretation skills & well technical knowledge on failure analysis techniques.
- Willingness to acquire new product knowledge in the field of ATE(Automatic Test Equipment).
- Excellent team player who is able to work independently within challenging schedule in a varied environment.
- Good communication skill
- Good verbal and written English skill, Japanese Language is preferred
