About the Role
专员，保全岗
岗位职责：
1.根据保全规则及操作指引对被指派的案件进行审核、评估等相关业务处理；
2.对机构咨询类案件、复议案件进行答疑、沟通及处理；
3.宣导、执行保全规则和流程；
4.对系统和流程问题提出反馈，给出优化建议；
5.结合部门工作流程与目标，为部门绩效或为分公司提供有价值的业务分析，主动发现问题，提出优化方案；
6.有机会参与运营共享中心相关项目建设，配合完成相关需求撰写及系统测试。
岗位要求：
1.本科或以上学历， 保险、金融专业为佳
2.1-3年寿险运营工作经验，有运营数据分析经验或运营培训工作经验优先
3.熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件
4.良好的人际沟通技巧，语言表达能力强
5.良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、业务分析能力，高效的问题解决能力
6.有团队协作精神，能承受临时的高强度工作任务
