About the Role
专员, 保全岗
岗位职责：
1. 根据政策规则落地情况，分析反馈保全实务操作问题，为团队主管提供建议支持
2. 根据总部保全作业团队下发的问题件，负责分支公司范围内的照会解释，并跟进处理
3. 如有需要，协调中支公司运营综合支持人员协助当地相关照会解释与跟进工作
4. 负责营销员保全业务知识培训课程材料撰写，提供分支公司范围内营销员保全问题的日常答疑，以及营销员保全业务知识常规培训，及时反馈培训效果与改进建议
5. 对运营柜面同事提供保全业务培训及支持，有效解决常见保全工作的疑点痛点
6． 根据保全反洗钱相关操作规程，有效落实各项反洗钱日常工作要求
岗位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，三年以上寿险保险公司相关保全业务工作经验
2. 具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征；
3. 具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4. 高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作。
