Role: Technical Artist
Expect onboard date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient technical support for the content production team, as well as cooperating outsourcing vendors, to contribute production efficiency.
- Setting up project environments for internal and external team. Ensure the production settings are correct for continuous development cycles.
- Maintaining production pipeline documents, setup guides and knowledge base.
- Build relationship with internal and external content production team, as well as core-dev partners.
Ability to maintain current production pipelines or tools. Ability to contribute to pipeline/tools/game features as required by the project.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient on collaborate with different teams to solve issues.
- Ability to effectively identify problems and propose solutions.
- Good English reading and writing level is required. Able to communicate in English for daily work.
- Requires basic computer-related knowledge and logical reasoning capabilities.
Responsible and able to prioritize tasks.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Programming experience is a bonus. C#/Python is preferred.
- Experience in digital content applications (e.g. Maya, Photoshop, Houdini, Substance, etc) is preferred.
- Knowledge/experience in computer network or database is desired.
Experience in main-stream game engines (e.g. Unreal, Unity) is desired.
