Leadership of APAC Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management team located in Shanghai.

Responsibility for regional real estate portfolio management, building projects and real estate transactions.

Responsibility for facility management strategy in APAC.
Responsibility for local facility operations of office and R&D sites in China. -
What you´ll do
- Steer regional real estate portfolio management, building projects and real estate transactions.

Steer facility management strategy in APAC and lead local facility operations of office and R&D sites in China.

Continuously optimize regional location portfolio, develop feasibility studies for office projects and pro-actively align on real estate solutions with local and regional stakeholders.

Manage local and regional stakeholders and align strategies with Corporate Headquarters in Germany.

Coordinate and promote the transformation into the Henkel “smart work” office concept.

Manage operative budget of office and R&D sites in China and investment budgets for office projects in the APAC region.

Support M&A Due Diligences and Integrations with real estate and facility management expertise.
-
Initiate best practice knowledge exchange and continuous improvement programs within internal and external facility management network.
- Drive continuous and effective development of individual team members.
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in architecture, Facility Management or Real Estate, apprenticeship in technical field as a plus.

10+ years of work experience over entire real estate life cycle covering, real estate strategy, building design, construction management and facility management in an international environment.

Passionate, charismatic leader with outstanding capability to lead and further develop a high performing team.

Agile, persistent, self-organized team player with affinity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills in English at native speaker level.

Proven track record in managing the entire life cycle of office and R&D facilities, including building projects.

Superior skills in international project management, leading intercultural and interdisciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of Corporate Finance, budgeting and budget control.
