About the department
Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.
The position
- Support regional sales organisation to achieve business target
- Facilitate line manager to develop regional marketing plan according to the defined strategy and integrated investment
- Strong execution of the marketing program by collaboration with sales team and relevant key stakeholders
- Make good academic interaction and reinforce the relationship with regional KOLs
The Requirement
- Minimum2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
- Minimum 1 years regional marketing experiences in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
- General understanding of market, product knowledge and key customers
- RDPAC Test Certificate
- Good project management skill
- Good communication skill
- Good computer skill, including word/excel/ppt
- Good analytic skill with good knowledge in developing marketing plan and strategy
