You are responsible for
- Outsourced staff Management
- Provide coaching to outsourced parts administrators who make process errors and document relevant performance issues
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Offer support to employees, including addressing and alleviating negative emotions
- Employee Escalation case Handling
- Provide support for special cases
- Clarify ambiguous processes and confirm special contract terms
- Handle feedback on warehouse and logistics abnormalities
- CCC Parts related Process optimization IT Tools Optimization and collaboration with the IT team and other service teams (e.g., FSE - Field Service Engineers / Contract Management Team) Ad-hoc activities assigned by the management team
You are a part of
The Service Management Team, which adheres to the "Customer First" principle and aims to deliver the highest-quality service to customers through high-quality and efficient collaboration
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Good at English reading and writing, listening and speaking are preferred (CET 4 and above).
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations efficiently
- Familiarity with spare parts operations and related systems is preferred

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
