Order to Cash Team Lead - Finance Shared Service Center
What will I be doing?
- Manage day-to-day Order to Cash (OTC) performance including credit account set up, bank reconciliation, credit meeting and other OTC activities
- Lead an operational Order to Cash team to deliver output as per the SLAs
- Ensure compliance of OTC operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls
- Review system entries
- Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Train new joiners
- Work towards system improvement, process improvement
- Develop team spirit and advise daily operations
- Other duties as assigned

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related work experience
- Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1-2 years
