- Supervise activities of Inside Sales/CSR and Sales Assistant and provide input and support to Sales Account Managers in preparing quotations, monitoring order status, follow-up and execution of critical programs/processes and report analysis and preparation. Foster positive relationships with Customers via timely and thorough follow-up to inquiries and requirements.
What You Will Do
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the status of all customer Orders, Returns, Complaints and Requests
- Ensure Customer inquiries/issues are addressed/ resolved to completion
- Ensure accuracy of data and requirements in SAP
- Manage execution, requirements, and maintenance of Customer Programs
- Resolve Order related issues with intercompany departments
- Issue Quotations and follow-up on the results
- Prepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communication/follow-up with Customers
- Oversee procedure compliance in line with Company guidelines
- Provide guidance and coaching on day-to-day challenges and issues
- Handle schedule, arrange workload, delegate tasks, and maintain personnel records
- Set performance goals and measurement standards
- Arrange and provide training based on changing or new requirements
- Guide team members and participate in communications with Sales and Customers
Supplementary Functions :
- Prepare Order, RMA and Forecast status reports.
- Backup Account/Sales Managers during Travel
- Update Customer portals
- Issue open order ECOs
- Provide status and performance reports to Manager as needed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills, 3+ years industry experience, leadership capability
- 5 years of fiberoptic or related experience
- BA/BS preferred
