Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR People Service Intern to join HR People Service team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a centralized HR environment, supporting various HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of employee profiles.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for PS initiatives and activities. Support in other PS related work when needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations and shared services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
