Key Responsibilities / Duties 主��责
Assist in Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, including:
Supporting kaizen/CI events preparation and logistics
Data collection and simple analysis for process improvement
Creating and maintaining visual management boards and digital trackers
Supporting employee idea program and improvement workshops

Support training coordination related to Lean, such as scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
å��助精益相关培è®çš„å��调安排ã€�资料准备与记录管ç�†ã€‚Participate in internal audits, Gemba walks, and 6S/visual workplace projects as needed.
å�‚ä¸Žå†…éƒ¨å®¡æ ¸ã€�Gemba现场巡视ã€�6S与å�¯è§†åŒ–工作相关项目。Support HR with onboarding, data filing, or employee engagement events occasionally.

Required Skill Set 岗�技能�求
Strong interest in Lean/CI, operations, or process improvement.
对精益ã€�æµ�程优化ç‰æ–¹å�‘有浓厚兴趣。Good Excel and data handling skills; PowerPoint/Canva experience is a plus.

Education 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
本科å�Šä»¥ä¸Šå¦åŽ†，工业工程ã€�工商管ç�†ã€�人力资æº�ç‰ç›¸å…³ä¸“业。CET-6 or above preferred.
英è¯å…级或以上优先。
