Job Description
- Own Handle Amazon order shipments on a regular basis
- Solve logistic issues and communicate with production, fulfilment and warehouse
- Manage product listing quality control, assurance, and maintenance
- Assist in promotion and listing price set-up
- Responsible for after-sales order monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor in e-commerce / operation / business or related disciplines
- 1+ years of experience in Amazon operation
- Solid experience in handling more than 1000+ SKU is preferable
- Amazon FBA & AWD fulfilment experience is a plus
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented with good reporting and communication skills
- Good command in written English and Chinese
