Key job responsibilities
• Lead and optimize relationships with multiple external agencies supporting Private Brands' product assets • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for process optimization and workflow enhancement • Create and maintain robust performance tracking mechanisms • Drive successful product launches while ensuring quality and compliance standards • Conduct business reviews and develop meaningful metrics for process evaluation • Manage and optimize the end-to-end asset management lifecycle and lead continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate with labeling agencies, vendors, and labs to ensure timely delivery of assets • Analyze and categorize asset delays and testing failures to identify improvement opportunities
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
