SUMMARY
This position is responsible for digital concepting and design across our brands. This individual is able to think strategically, translating the brand storytelling into high impact creative and has in depth digital design knowledge, with the ability to translate these concepts into executional digital assets across social, web, video and display. This role will support Brand Marketing efforts, inclusive of content development. This person should be well versed in digital design trends and is forward thinking with out of the box ideas for new content.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Develop and deploy platform-specific marketing assets (banners, videos, livestream scripts) for Tmall/JD/Douyin.
- Manage paid advertising (e.g., Tmall Diamond Display, Douyin Promo+) to maximize ROI and lower CAC.
- Collaborate with KOLs/agencies for campaign ideation, content review, and performance tracking.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers to boost CTR/conversion.
2. Content & Community Management
- Localize global brand content for Chinese social platforms (Weibo, Xiaohongshu, WeChat).
- Monitor user-generated content (UGC), reviews, and sentiment; escalate issues to CRM team.
- Plan monthly editorial calendars aligned with shopping festivals (618, 11.11).
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (impressions, CTR, ROAS, CVR) using Alimama, Douyin Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Generate weekly performance dashboards and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Audit competitor campaigns and identify tactical opportunities.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with e-commerce ops team to sync promotions with inventory/fulfillment.
- Partner with product team to highlight key features in campaign messaging.
- Support CRM initiatives for loyalty program integration.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years’ experience in creative environment in either an advertising agency or creative capacity within an individual company
- Strong understanding of design principles within digital, social, mobile and video platforms
- Working knowledge of digital production
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or other related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- Ability to execute and excel in high-paced organization
- Ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple priorities
- Outstanding oral and presentation-based communication skills
- Ability to generate innovative concepts and create actionable executions for in market use.
- Ability to think quickly and strategically within design parameters

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- When carrying out this task, we need to stand or sit up, have flexible hands and feet, and have normal listening and speaking ability.
- The ability of color judgment is needed. The color blind and the weak are not suitable for this work.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- General factory working environment.
- There may be business trips around Jiangxi Province, Guangdong Province, ,Hongkong, Shanghai and the surrounding areas.
