Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & KOL Acquisition
- Identify, source, and negotiate partnerships with top-tier KOLs, influencers, and thought leaders in payments, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors globally.
- Develop creative proposals, partnership packages, and engagement strategies to attract high-value KOLs.
- Expand KOL network across key markets in Southeast Asia, global crypto hubs, and emerging markets.
- KOL Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global KOLs, ensuring continuous engagement and alignment with Coins.ph’s brand and growth objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional support for KOLs, including campaign assets, content guidelines, and performance tracking.
- Manage KOL performance reports, measuring ROI, engagement, and acquisition impact.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Co-create marketing campaigns with KOLs to drive awareness, user acquisition, and transaction growth in both payments and crypto products.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Monitor trends and best practices in influencer marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, BD, and Regional Marketing teams to align KOL activities with product launches, events, and market entry strategies.
- Liaise with Compliance and Legal to ensure contracts and campaigns follow regulations across different jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or business development (preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto).
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing high-impact KOL partnerships in multiple markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and fintech ecosystems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with cross-border teams.
KPIs
- Number and quality of KOL partnerships onboarded.
- User growth and transaction volume driven through KOL campaigns.
- Campaign ROI and engagement metrics.
- Retention rate of active KOLs.
