Job Description:
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to the Sales Team and clients while driving performance excellence. Additionally, it plays a key role in enhancing Arrow's reputation and market standing with both customers and suppliers.
- Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including: order maintenance & follow up; inbound customer order management, shipping arrangement & related documents. Payment follow up.
- Provide expertise on internal and external customer service, and have close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Sales Operation Associates (SOA), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Asset, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.
- Support Sales team with direct customer contact following the demand planning and quality issue related follow-ups.
- Responsible for overall customer management as well as handling customer returns, resolving customers' enquiries, etc.
- Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain inventory at optimized level.
- Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects
- Bachelor degree and above, or with successful completion of CET-4.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience, similar industry background is highly preferred.
- Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment.
- Customer-oriented and good teamwork
- Process driven and very strong in problem solving.
- High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities.
- Can effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment.
