1. Submit online applications and organize personnel files for ACH & CTC expatriates’ work/residence permits. 2. Provide visa consultation and documentation support for ACH & CTC employees traveling overseas. 3. Coordinate overall business-travel arrangements and resolve day-to-day travel-related issues. 4. Liaise with Admin-related vendors and handle routine supplier matters. 5. Deliver administrative support for fleet and cafeteria operations. 6. Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.
