SUMMARY:
This Role will be customer service from order receiving to order fulfillment , while also handling components planning and report preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
HINTS:
- Responsible customer service process (Place sales orders and purchase orders, check delivery plan with suppliers, goods allocation, arrange shipments, etc)
- Production related imported components planning & purchasing and keep tracking materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery
- Complete and send reports on time
- Provide high service level of performance & keep good relationship with all the customers
- Supplier performance tracking and escalation, analysis past due orders to dig in the problems and provide recovery plan and solutions
- Responsible for handling complaints and exceptions. Manage the customer feedback through recording issue log and ensure continuous improvement
- Monitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover, control the inventory to meet target
- Other special or urgent case support
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of suitable and relevant experience in supplier chain
- Good communication skills both in both oral and written English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good analysis capability to discover and solve problems
- Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility
- Awareness of relevant regulation, compliance requirement and processes
