Description
This position is mainly to follow up the smooth shipment of goods and keep communication with all parties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contact the domestic consignor according to the instructions of the overseas agent, and maintain close communication with the consignor and the destination port agent until the goods are successfully shipped.
2. Follow up on quotations, pick-up, warehousing and other matters and provide corresponding feedback to the overseas agent.
3. Assist colleagues in handling unexpected situations with the goods.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Good English reading and writing skills.
2. Able to handle pressure, be meticulous and have a positive work attitude.
3. Good teamwork skills.
4. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in ocean freight operation/document handling are preferred.
