Company Description
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Aviko’s business in Asia. You will focus on both Asian and European product flows and build sustainable relationships with distributors and international key accounts. You will be part of an international team of sales professionals and report directly to the General Manager.
Job Description
- Ensure the sales development of Aviko’s Asian and European supplies
- Achieve the sales, margin, product category targets
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors and key accounts
- Identify growth opportunities in the markets and implement market execution initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, NPD, and operations, to develop customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international sales or business development, preferably within the foodservice or FMCG sector
- Experience with Asian markets is essential; experience in Japan is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, strategic, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly within Asia
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
