Main Tasks:- -Grow polyurethane (PU) rigid foam business in potential sector by developing or hunting new customers and new applications via strong project management mindset - Analyze market and competitors, derive business plans to defend our position; maintain market intelligence including regular market dynamics and customer database along related industry value chain. - Steer the TD team to strive for best-in-class technology leadership in close collaboration with marketing and other functional teams - Develop, engage and deepen customer relationship across related industry. - Proactively pursue customer-driven innovations and new applications, manage joint development projects. - Implement company long term strategy and support all improvement initiatives. - Work closely with Supply chain, CSO, Controlling, Finance, and Legal functional teams to ensure reliable and high efficiency services. - Ensure that BASF compliance and local EHS regulations are followed in business environment.
Main Requirements:- - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or other related subjects. - At least 10 years sales and marketing experience in Chemical industry. Preferable to have good knowledge in polyurethane (PU) and/or other related industry, especially in rigid foam insulation applications. - MNC working experience is required. - Key account and distributor management skills are highly desirable. - Having strong team work spirit. - Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
