Assistant Art Producer (AAP) is an entry-level position for our art producers, where you will assist the Group/Line producer in project management or independently manage smaller-scale projects.

助理美术制作人（Assistant Art Producer）是我们美术制作人的入门职位，你需要协助大制作人管理项目，或自行管理规模较小的项目。
- Assist the producer in project management or independently lead small-scale projects
- Assist in internal (other teams) and external (clients) communication
- Complete tasks related to production management, including data report compilation and reporting
- Manage the daily operations of the production team, including task assignment, feedback tracking, and submission
- Complete other tasks assigned by immediate superiors

- Successful project management (coordination) experience in previous work, serving as a project manager or coordinator

- Passion for gaming, art, or management, with a strong interest in the role of a game producer
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, analyzing, organizing, and presenting ideas
- Strong logical thinking, able to make rational decisions based on facts and data
- Strong analytical and learning abilities, able to quickly learn and improve oneself
