The Role:
This role as a Developing Professional Sales Intern is designed to support the sales team in executing key sales and marketing projects. The intern will engage in activities such as analysis, reporting, and supporting strategic partnerships. The position involves collaboration with global young professionals and contributing to the sales-driving initiatives within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Contribution:
1:跟进百事得Group各业务单元SO的完成状况，VSIP、C4C、BY Mice、NPI新品的达成等等，提供日/周/季的各维度追踪报表；
2.跟进及更新百事得Group的业务及经营、进销存分析看板 - Tableau；
3.总代自营项目 行业Pipeline的管理；
- Work closely with sales teams to execute key projects and customer engagements.
- Help coordinate day-to-day team operations and support sales reps.
- Attend weekly meetings to assist in the execution of sales projects.
- Conduct analysis and trend identification to support sales strategies.
- Support strategic partnership deliverables and ad hoc project needs.
- Collaborate globally with young professionals on projects and best practices.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a willingness to express ideas.
- Inquisitive, eager to learn, and highly organized.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of time management.
- Solution-driven with the ability to drive projects.
- Strong presentation skills and familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- Comfortable with virtual meetings and passionate about the tech industry.
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to provide effective solutions and engage in critical thinking.
- Savvy with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
