Principal Engineer, Intelligent Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

(I) AI Application Development for Production Processes

1. Conduct in-depth research on the production processes of motor assembly, covering aspects such as parts assembly, finished product inspection, and function test. Design AI solutions based on the actual needs of the factory, for example, develop a machine - vision - based intelligent inspection system like missing screw installation, fixture position, misassembled components during the assembly line, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of motor assembly.

2. Take charge of the development of AI application projects, including data collection, model training, and system deployment. Analyze product images on the production line using deep - learning algorithms to achieve automatic defect recognition, reducing manual inspection costs and error rates.

(II) Intelligent Management of Production Equipment

1. Utilize AI technologies to build health monitoring and fault prediction models for production machines. Analyze equipment operation data (such as temperature, vibration, resistance and current) to assess the equipment's health status, predict potential faults in advance, and formulate reasonable equipment maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime. For example, predict the wear of cutting tools or welding tips based on machine - learning algorithms and prompt timely tool replacement to ensure continuous production.

(III) Quality Control and Optimization

1. Develop AI - based quality control systems to conduct real - time monitoring and analysis of key quality indicators during the production process. Process data on product dimensions, performance parameters, etc., to automatically determine product qualification and export online SPC(Cpk and control chart). Conduct traceability analysis for unqualified products, assist the production team in identifying the root causes of quality problems, and propose improvement measures.

2. Using AI technologies and historical production data, analyze the key factors affecting product quality, provide data - driven Cpk support for production process optimization, and continuously improve product quality stability.

(IV) Data Management and Analysis

1. Be responsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of production-related data in the factory. Establish a production data warehouse to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, providing high - quality data for AI model training and analysis.

2. Use data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis of production data and generate visual reports, providing data - based decision-making support for management. For example, analyze production efficiency data and propose suggestions for optimizing production processes.

Qualification Requirements

(I) Educational Background

A master's degree in Computer Science and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Mechanical Engineering (Intelligent Manufacturing Direction), Industrial Engineering, or related majors.

(II) Work Experience

1. 5-10 years of experience in AI application development in the manufacturing industry. Candidates with relevant project experience in assembly manufacturing factories are preferred, and a good understanding of factory production processes and business requirements is required.

2. Participation in at least one complete AI project development, including requirements analysis, algorithm design, model training, and system deployment, with the ability to implement AI technologies in real - world production scenarios.

(III) Professional Skills

1. Understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) - related technologies to enable the collection and transmission of production equipment data; familiarity with the principles of industrial automation control, and candidates with some knowledge of PLC programming are preferred.

2. Possess a certain knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes to facilitate the integration of AI technologies with production.

岗位职责

（一）生产流程AI应用开发

1.深入研究电机装配生产流程（零部件组装、成品检测、功能测试等），结合工厂需求设计AI解决方案（如开发基于机器视觉的智能检测系统，提升装配精度与效率）。

2.负责AI应用项目全流程开发（数据采集、模型训练、系统部署），通过深度学习算法实现产线产品缺陷自动识别，降低人工检测成本与误判率。

（二）生产设备智能管理

1.运用AI技术构建设备健康监测与故障预测模型，分析运行数据（温度/振动/电阻/电流等）评估状态，提前预警故障并制定维保计划。例如基于机器学习预测刀具/焊针磨损，提示更换时机。

（三）质量控制与优化

1.开发AI质量控制系统，实时监控关键质量指标（产品尺寸/性能参数等），自动判定合格率并输出在线SPC（Cpk/控制图），追溯不合格品根因并提出改进方案。

2.结合历史数据AI分析质量影响因素，为工艺优化提供数据驱动的Cpk支持，提升质量稳定性。

（四）数据管理与分析

1.负责工厂生产数据采集、整理与分析，建立数据仓库保障数据质量，支撑AI模型训练。

2.通过数据分析工具生成可视化报告（如生产效率分析），为管理决策提供支持。

任职要求

（一）学历：计算机科学与技术、人工智能、自动化、机械工程（智能制造方向）、工业工程等相关专业硕士

（二）经验：

1.5-10年制造业AI应用开发经验，熟悉工厂生产流程，有装配类制造厂项目经验者优先

2.至少参与过1个完整AI项目开发（需求分析-算法设计-模型训练-系统部署）

（三）技能：

1.了解工业物联网（IIoT）技术及自动化控制原理，具备PLC基础者优先

2.掌握机械设计与制造工艺基础知识，能推动AI技术与生产融合
