Responsibilities and duties:
- Job Description
- Support equipment, hardware and applications qualifications/trouble shooting during installation
- Support equipment warranty and post warranty support at customers' sites
- Manage customers relationships and escalations
- Promote service options and CIPs supporting sales
- Customer training ; tool upgrade ; lead meeting for technical discussion ; hold weekly or monthly customer meeting etc.
- Account management & tools situation update
- Prerequisites:
- Good attitude in working and good team-work ability
- Some experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor equipment preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Languages (both written and spoken): Chinese and English
