Job Purpose

管理好现有客户，帮助客户达成销量提升盈利，规划客户发展方向
Key Accountabilities
负责完成分配的销售任务；
负责协助经销商完成市场规划和业务推进；
负责辅导与管理经销商业务人员及门店人员；
负责公司各项KPI在所管客户和市场落地执行；
Experience
3年以上销售或销售管理工作经验，具有传统连锁零售门店管理、新零售业务管理或家装业务管理工作经验者优先；
市场开发和经销商管理经验，创新思维、业务规划及数据分析能力；
良好的沟通与谈判能力；
大专以上学历。
