职位目标
- 遵守公司的安全操作要求
- 完成日常SAP系统操作
- 完成当日的物料转移工作
- 执行仓库6S
主要职责：
- 遵守仓库操作SOP，安全、高效、按时完成每天的工作任务。工作任务包括但不限于：
- 收货:收货并创建单据， 根据货物特性须放到指定库房，货物上货架必须按照系统指定货位存放；
- 货物厂内转移，根据转移单将正确的货物，正确的批次和数量转移到要求的指定位置；
- 出货:根据Picking list 在货架上取货；并核实货物信息保证实物发运准确；
- 日常安全检查以及主管安排的其他工作；
- 直接负责在每次实际操作和系统操作的一致性，确保帐物一致，如果在操作中发现实物和系统的单据不一致，及时通知主管。
- 配合主管完成定期的仓库实物盘点，确保盘点100%准确性。
- 根据叉车维护保养计划进行日常维护, 如有异常，及时通知直线主管。
- 保持工作区域内符合6S标准, 并在每个操作完成后清洁现场的残留垃圾。
- 配合部门做好安全工作，有任何潜在安全问题，及时汇报直线主管。
- 积极参与部门发起的优化项目，并能积极给予建议。
- 及时完成工厂及部门要求的全部安全培训，并始终将安全放在第一位，有任何安全隐患需要及时汇报给主管；
- 根据要求穿戴合适的PPE, 并及时完成当月涉及安全相关的应急设施检查和物品清点，如有使用，需要及时向安全部们反馈并添加缺失设施和设备。
- 积极参与工厂的质量文化建设和质量相关活动。
教育背景及任职要求
- 高中/中专或以上学历
- 持有叉车证，需要会开高架/高位叉车
- 具有仓库操作3年以上经验者优先
- 熟悉SAP的优先
- 有一定的office办公软件技能
