1. Lead a team of 2–3 people, overseeing the company’s management accounting, management reporting, and budget management functions.
2. Improve the management finance database and convert accounting data into management data according to reporting requirements, producing a variety of management reports.
3. Ensure the integrity of company data and maintain consistency across different data dimensions, aligning with business operations.
4. Demonstrate strong sensitivity to financial data, take the lead in preparing financial analysis reports, clearly identify business issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Coordinate business projects and financial interactions across departments, establish financial systems, and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency.
6. Build and develop a high-performing finance team, documenting best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
