About the Role
专员，理赔岗
岗位职责：
根据理赔规则及操作指引对理赔案件进行审核、检视和评估；
宣导、执行理赔规则和流程；
跨部门沟通（如总部运营管理部门、机构运营支持部门等） ；
提出系统优化建议、参与系统需求撰写及系统测试。
任职要求：
本科或以上学历，医学相关或法学专业
3年以上寿险理赔审核经验
中文书面表达流利
良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作能力
良好的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力
良好的业务分析能力，高效的问题解决能力
