About the Role
岗位名称：专员，财务管控及报告
岗位职责：
负责分公司财务管控制度和措施的贯彻落地；
负责对分公司财务数据进行分析处理；
配合监管审计工作，包括各类自查自纠以及监控审计等；
牵头分公司对外法定报告和财务统计指标的提供；
负责当地监管对接，明确当地监管要求的财务统计指标，以及确认内容；
负责对接FSSC外报组，牵头当地监管要求的统计管理报告报送；
负责对接FSSC外报组，牵头分公司月度/季度/年度费用的预提；
任职要求：
大学本科及以上学历，税务、财务、金融、保险等相关专业；
具备7-8年财务岗位工作经验，其中3年以上金融行业财务管理工作经验；
熟识财务、税务、金融、保险等相关专业知识；
了解保险公司经营特点，熟悉保险行业监管规定；
熟练掌握会计核算相关知识；
具有较强的领导能力，能够带领所在工作组完成日常工作；
具有优秀的英语书写和沟通能力；
