About the Role
专员, 团险医学核保岗
1. 根据各项规章制度、作业流程、在时效内完成日常核保案件处理
2. 配合主管完成各项制度流程的修订与更新；
3. 负责医学核保相关系统开发需求的提出、测试和完善；
4. 参加公司及部门安排的各项培训，提升专业技能
5. 协助进行再保公司、跨部门沟通；
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历，医学相关专业
2. 3年以上医学核保相关工作经验，具备医学核保专业知识及技能，有较强的风险管控及合规意识；
3. 客户导向，具有较强的服务意识和团队协作精神；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析和抗压能力。
