- 负责仓储部的日常管理工作，贯彻执行公司所有仓库作业规章制度和相关管理措施；
- 制定仓库月/年度工作计划，并督导、检查计划完成情况；
- 确保RDC各项运作记录有效并不定期进行检查
- 合理安排下属工作分工，指导、激励下属并公正评价其工作表现；
- 对仓储部的各种报表质量负责；
- 协助RDC负责人实施RDC内部培训计划，并跟进培训效果；
- 同供应商、承运商、客户、相关部门保持良好合作；协调处理仓库作业的相关问题；协助业务发展部为客户作仓储作业方面的介绍或咨询；
- 公司分配的其他工作
- 对于特定任务，确保员工已接受HSE培训和相关工作培训。
- 执行工作场所的风险评估。
- 监督作业环境和员工的工作。
- 确保所有员工使用规定的个人防护用品，且个人防护用品处于良好状态。
- 根据HSE程序，开展工作。
- 根据公司政策报告并调查所有事故、未遂事故和危险源。
- 与员工召开工具箱会议和HSE会议。
- 在HSE方面以身作则，并言行一致。
- 确保公司各项制度在部门内有效执行。
- 计划合理可行；监督执行情况，并跟进结果适时更新计划。
- 了解所属员工，保持和一线员工沟通畅通。
- 员工积极参与部门各项活动。
- 报表及时有效。
