1. 注重个人及他人安全。

2. 负责IPSD两边工厂（400系列&1100.904.1200系列）发动机故障维修和生产线问题响应处理，严格按照返修流程标准，发现异常及时反馈。

3. 不定期出差（客户端短期驻厂支持），快速支持客户，现场问题解决和排查反馈。

4. 适应倒班（早中班）

5. 发动机故障的根本原因分析，行动措施的实施与跟踪。

6. 除负责区域外，对GRA其他区域受过培训工作，能够独立操作

7. 熟悉区域内执行的流程和持续的流程改进工作

8. 严格执行TPM工作计划，可以发现TPM不足之处，努力提高工作效率

9. 维护工作区域内5S要求，分数在4.5分以上。

10. 具备良好的沟通能力和维修报告填写能力。

任职要求：

1. 正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神，真诚交流。

2. 吃苦耐劳，适应差旅要求

3. 中专及以上学历

4. 具备良好的5S和TPM（全员生产维护）理念,了解和掌握BIQ/RPRT流程

5. 了解故障根本原因分析（鱼骨图，5WHY，）。

6. 有一定的机械和电气基础

7. 具有良好的安全意识，个人连续12个月无任何因个人原因导致的伤害记录

8. 熟练的使用 Excel,word ，PPT技能

9. 有较强的责任心，能主动承担行动后果。

10. 工作与生活时间合理安排，确保出差的连续稳定性
