Role Description & Responsibilities
- Contribute to pipeline and revenue by generating and qualifying leads according to the 3DS unique sales process
- Proactively identify and contact prospects based on GEO operational plan
- Transform Open leads into qualified leads
- Qualify Leads by providing & justifying mandatory information
- Manage Lead Qualification according agreed Operational-Level Agreement (OLA)
- Ensure other Stakeholders (Inside Sales, Sales Team) are successful in managing the leads according to the OLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or management-related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development in IT/software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of SaaS or software industry is a plus.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and strong team player.
- Experience in using CRM tools and remote selling is preferred.
