Responsibilities
- Proficiently grasp technical information related to TP product lines, product selection processes/tools, and CRM system usage.
- Participate in various marketing activities related to TP, assisting in collecting customer leads.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, screening leads and following up.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with both external clients and internal colleagues.
- Results-oriented: Possesses a strong desire to facilitate transactions.
- Time management: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, following up promptly, paying strict attention to details, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
