Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality TOEFL preparation courses to students at various proficiency levels.
- Design and adapt lesson plans to meet individual and group learning needs.
- Provide personalized feedback to help students strengthen their English language skills.
- Monitor progress and tailor teaching strategies to maximize student outcomes.
- Administer and evaluate mock exams to replicate the TOEFL testing experience.
- Stay updated on TOEFL format changes and ensure alignment in course content.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of educators to enhance teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications:
- TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent is required.
- Professional Skills:
- Deep understanding of TOEFL exam content, scoring, and test-taking strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fostering an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Personal Attributes:
- Passion for teaching and student success.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural educational setting.
- Work Authorities and Language Requirements:
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English is required
- Candidate must has valid work authorities working in China without any sponsorship
