We seek a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for DNV Greater China, based in Shanghai. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate candidates and stakeholders, and participate in process optimization projects, including AI-driven recruitment solutions.

- 6-8 years of recruitment experience (MNC preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven success in passive candidate sourcing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
