Job Overview 综述:
As the expert of CE ATS and TA process, provide recruitment coordination and onboarding support for assigned Asian countries.
Responsibilities 职责:
- Requisition & Candidate Management
- Guide HM through the position creation process in ICIMs.
- Post job requisitions on external job boards and update requisition statuses.
- Collect candidate information and coordinate related assessments.
- Pre-employment & Onboarding Support
- Prepare offer details and offer letters.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background & medical verification.
- Ensure smooth workflow from TA to HR Operations.
- Vendor & Procurement Management
- Review, finalize, and manage service contracts with vendors.
- Set up new vendors and process purchase orders in SAP.
- Monitor payment status and ensure timely processing.
- TA Tools & Administrative Support
- Be the expert of ICIMs and internal TA process.
- Provide general administrative assistance to recruiter and TA lead.
- Actively participate in recruitment projects to enhance productivity and employer branding.
- Campus Recruitment & Event Coordination
- Support on-site and virtual campus recruitment and university relation activities
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related events.
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English (required), as the role supports markets outside China.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across all levels of management.
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and share responsibilities.
