Information Technology Services is a closely collaborative national team that provides IT-related procurement and implementation, infrastructure and operational support, application solutions and systems project management services, evaluating and promoting new systems and software to improve productivity and ensure information security.
Work you'll do

- 根据标准的事件升级流程，将潜在的安全事件升级到L2分析师/安全运营中心经理，实施有关应对措施，执行初步的安全操作（例如添加白名单/黑名单），并向L2分析师/安全运营中心经理推荐可能的深入操作。
- 遵循标准的事件记录流程，在相应的工单系统中记录所需的操作细节。
- 担任至少一个与安全相关的领域的主题专家（例如，特定的恶意软件解决方案、Python编程等）。
- 提供与7x24轮班有关的资料更新，记录更新与考核报告。
- 在合适的情况下，与提供相关安全工具支持的第三方安全服务供应商进行协调，对警报、事件或事故进行分类处理。
- 及时向L2分析师/安全运营中心经理报告有关事件的进展，升级处理的情况。

We are looking for someone with

- 具备以下一些技术的经验：SIEM系统分析、入侵检测系统/入侵防御系统、网络和主机防火墙、终端检测与响应工具、数据泄露防护（DLP）、钓鱼邮件分析、网页保护响应等。
- 了解可能的攻击活动，如网络探测/扫描、DDOS、恶意代码活动等。
