Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of various KPI, implement the implementation of various systems, ensure the team's safety and quality compliance 100%, zero accidents, zero losses.
- Organize and develop KPIS-related improvement projects
- Maintain the healthy operation of daily production system, track the progress of problem solving and review regularly
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate personnel development training plans, promote skill matrix, and establish high-performance team organizations
- Support the audit activities of each department to ensure that documentation, records, and site meet all audit requirements
- Work with other business leaders/facilitators to ensure cross-functional alignment of activities and services

You bring
- Manufacturing supervision experience;
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the food, beverage, chemical or allied industry, pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries;
- Experience in motivating and holding people accountable for results;
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage high performance teams. Solid execution capabilities
- English Read/Write is essential;
- SAP/MES knowledge a plus.
