Summary/Objective
- Managing W/C to follow up the STD to build out the customer orders with good quality within due date and meet W/C’s KPI target.
管理工作中心,按照标准操作流程，保质保量按时完成生产任务，达成负责的工作中心KPI目标。
- Training operators and arrange right operators to do right orders.
现场一线员工的合理化培训/管理与订单人员机台的排配。
- To implement Quality System as ISO9001 & ISO14001, AEO (Bonded/Non bonded traceability and accuracy management), RBA and Safety in HDR.
执行质量管理系统ISO9001和环境管理体系ISO14001，AEO(保税/非保税材料可追溯性和精准性管理)， RBA 和安全生产执行。
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Responsible for department associate relations, contradiction, emergency coordinate handling and report timely.
负责员工关系和工作情绪的处理并协调员工/组长的矛盾，部门突发事件与及时汇报。
- Responsible for Key part/series capacity planning: combine with tooling/machine capacity and bottleneck, man, training for new hires, orders trend in the future months, prepare them in advance, and coordinate orders/hours move in/out with other facilities.
负责指定W/C内的产能计划：结合模具产能和重点产品的瓶颈工序、人员需求、新人面试、对未来的订单趋势进行分析，并提前做好相应的准备, 与其它工厂间的订单工时转进转出。
- Balance each W/C hrs level and lead meeting to solve Manpower assignment, tooling/machine, orders flipping, and arrange night shift; new product introduction and training for w/c.
协调W/C之间订单工时、人员平衡、调拨，并针对特殊产品工位安排第三班（夜班）；新产品导入，W/C分配和培训。
- Support HZ FTB new series/product and quickly achieve to mass production, and feedback/follow up the open issue resolution and push to be standardization and documentation.
支持新系列/新产品快速量产，反馈/跟进未解决问题，推动标准化和文档化。
- W/C flow and layout optimization/combine, cell production implement, responsible for integration of the similar process to expand SFC capacity and reduce waste.
现场生产流程和布局优化整合，单元制生产推行实施；负责整合本W/C类似的生产工艺、产品流程，扩充产能减少浪费。
- Responsible for troubleshooting of W/C, coordination and maintenance, series layout, daily maintenance and standard work and safety audit.
负责管理指定W/C内的产品系列涉及到机台模具的技术解决、协调与故障维修；机台位置的合理布局，监督员工进行日常保养；巡查违章作业和安全隐患排查。
- Responsible for materials management in SFC, push SQE solve defect material.
负责车间整体材料监管，异常材料对外沟通, 推动SQE的矫正预防措施。
- Lean production and reduce eight wastes, and Responsible for continuous improvement, work with PE/IE on PIPE and Semi-auto project.
精益生产与八大浪费的持续改善, 和负责指定W/C的持续改善，配合PE/IE的PIPE的执行，本组Semi-Automatic项目的执行。
- In process quality control include self-check, buddy check, Overall OD% control, key process and machine management.
日常监督产线的首件确认与制程中自检，Buddy check零失误、Overall OD%控制，关键岗位、工序的生产协调、把关。
- Responsible for QP investigation, customer/external audit failure, short/long term corrective action implement in SFC and communication with outside, any changes coordinate and communication.
负责W/C内的QP调查、分配, 外部客户稽查，短期、长期的纠正措施的实施和对外答复， 任何制造异常 （工程技术变更类）等进行协调沟通。
- Responsible for supervising material of order in/out traceability/linkage, and pay actions for differential analysis to improve, and stock count for all of the material in responsible W/C.
负责监督产线合规生产，材料进出可追溯和平衡，专料专用和差异分析对策、改善，负责盘点和分析。
- Coordinate with Local public policies to manage Ops to make us keep safe and report/follow up any abnormal situation in time.
配合当地的公共政策对本工作中心人员的管理，和异常跟进反馈。
- Responsible for team building, Lead Ops and OJT Backup plan and development.
负责产线第二梯队人才建设，组长和OJT的后备人才培训与发展。
- ACS standard assessment termly; Kept overall appearance of the shop floor, should be in a safe and organized state.
ACS绩效考核标准定期评估；保持整个车间在安全和有组织的状态。

Required Experience
- >1-year similar position experience or half year excellent job in HDR department of SAMTEC
1年以上电子产品制造业现场组长工作经验或半年以上的综合绩效强者
- Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs. 必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪。
- Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).

Preferred Education
High School or equivalent experience 高中/中专或以上
Training required:
Manufacturing Systems; English training; Quality Tools and Quality management system, Human Resource Management as reference.
