In 2017, we stood up a team in China to drive the awareness, activation, and continued success of China-based sellers advertising in marketplaces worldwide (North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific) via marketing channels, seller education, and product marketing. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Sr Marketing Manager to drive the adoption and optimization of Amazon Ads Brand Products among Chinese SMB sellers through strategic education initiatives and product marketing, helping them achieve global brand success. The Sr Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive education programs that help Chinese advertisers understand and effectively utilize Amazon Ads Brand Products, technology, and services to build their global presence. Chinese sellers, while successful in product development and manufacturing, often need support in understanding and maximizing the potential of Amazon Ads Brand Products for global brand growth. This role requires a sophisticated advertising expert who can work backward from advertisers' needs, conduct thorough data analysis to identify growth opportunities, and create targeted solutions and educational curriculum. The Sr Marketing Manager will own and be accountable for marketing-driven results, including product adoption rates, engagement metrics, and business impact of these initiatives. Key job responsibilities * Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for Chinese SMB advertisers' brand growth through Amazon Ads Brand Products. * Create effective education content focused on brand building strategies and product best practices, based on advertisers' needs. * Drive product adoption and brand growth through engaging presentations and omni-channel marketing strategies, measuring impact through clear metrics. * Manage comprehensive program plans with clear KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and optimize program effectiveness. * Collect and analyze VOC to identify patterns and advocate for CN advertisers' brand building needs globally. * Maintain deep product expertise and influence business decisions through data-driven insights, translating complex features into actionable brand building solutions for stakeholders at all levels.
