Join Suzhou's Thermo Fisher Scientific team as a Sr. Manufacturing Technician. Contribute to innovative projects producing top-tier IVD reagents, liquid media, and cell banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed reagent filling and packaging, troubleshooting, and optimizing the production line to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct critical tests and quality checks to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards.
- Handle daily and preventive maintenance of production equipment to ensure stable operation and efficiency.
- Operate level sensors for detailed control of material levels, preventing overfilling or underfilling.
- Help in planning and driving complex production processes to complete tasks efficiently at various stages.
- Analyze production data to optimize product performance and improve efficiency.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance according to SOPs, ensuring equipment is in excellent condition.
- Manage the filling/package team and collaborate across departments as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Antimachine technology, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining filling/package lines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems swiftly.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Experience in IVD reagent/liquid media manufacturing is preferred.
