Job description:
Application development in coating /adhesive application and guide customer by value proposition.
Formulation design and optimization on conductive coating / electrode slurry and downstream application development.
Utilize the collected information of competitors, end users and industries, monitor competitors’ activities and make analysis/proposals for counteraction
Keep well informed about coating / adhesive technical developments, new application and new products.
Regularly contact with local commercial team and global technical team on technical development and support activities
Support global technical requirements with lab work
Well Cross-functions communications on local production projects
Ensure the flow of information into R&D on technical market developments, product developments and related trends.
Together with marketing team on marketing activities and customer VOCs, Identify customer pains and needs.
Problem solving for customers.
