Advanced Warehouse Keeper

• 根据生产计划，并为了提高仓库的服务质量和提高效率，合理调配班组人员，按需协调工作分配和安排以满足准时交付要求；
• 根据部门目标，与主管/经理一起制定班组成员的个人绩效目标、并定期进行辅导跟进和绩效评估；
• 培训和督导其他仓库管理员，在日常的物料收发，移动和处置活动中检查和确认准时、准确和规范完成
• 快速响应生产计划调整，负责仓库日常运营中异常情况的汇报沟通、并积极协助问题解决；
• 执行公司安全、质量、效率等控制要求，定期组织班会、执行5S管理，促进部门关键指标的达成；
• 学习并应用DBS文化和工具，参与或领导Kaizen改善活动，完成SQDIP DM看板，推动效率提高；
• 负责仓库设施的规范使用、公司废弃物的规范处置/化学品和危险品的操作；
• 负责原材料的接收、 入库、出库和供应，以及库房内管理；半成品/成品的入库管理 ；成品的包装和发运，库存盘点等工作；
• 完成领导安排的其他工作任务
