Job Description
Main Tasks
1、Partner:
- Contribute & improve satisfactions of internal partners, and performance of logistics service providers:
- Understand and communicate plant/supplier’s capacity, lead-time and operational plans to ensure proper inventory is maintained
- Collaborate with sales demand planning to understand the impact of forecast changes and translate sup-ply plan into inventory need
- Work daily with sales demand planning team, and fulfill weekly supply plan for order processing
- Inventory management, make and regularly update safety stock plan
- SAP transactions (e.g. GR, GI, Goods Transfer, Billing, etc.), credit issue, return (if needed), etc.
- Follow up delivery schedule, identify potential issues and alert BU, work out qucik and effective solution together.

- Continuously improve quality, shorten/stabilize lead-time, & reduce cost
- Deliver process-improvement quick-win’s, and contribute BIIB's (business idea in brief, i.e. validated quick-win opportunity)
