Responsibilities:
- Leading the communication and coordinate between departments & MUs /HPTs during shift, summary 2 hours report to leadership, Ensure the overall operation’ objectives are met in own shift.
- Drive zero accident and follow up safety findings and ensure plant management is informed on critical issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate resolution of waste controlling and drive waste below target.
- Total procedural and policy compliance on shift. Ensure plant management systems are in place and implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, industrial management or a related.
- More than 5 years’ work experience.
- At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work independently with strong work commitment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to resolve conflict, influence others, negotiate solutions, conduct group meetings and effectively communicate ideas, plans and processes.
- Computer literacy is a must.
