Some other key accountabilities will include:
- Responsible for data maintenance and administration.
- Generate participant reports and processing data reconciliation.
- Liaise with external banks or brokers regarding clients’ or employees’ payment and share settlement enquiries.
- Manage and coordinate internal communication with various internal stakeholders.
- Respond to written, email and telephone enquiries from clients and their employees.
- Implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role you will have excellent multi-task and communication skills, pay attention to details and be initiative.
Some other key skills required for the role:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
- Customer focused with excellent communications skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under work pressure.
- Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent English required with Cantonese an advantage.
