- As plant PQM, ensure reliable and qualified products delivery to customer, take responsibility or accountability from quality management
- As APQ, advanced quality control in new project.
Description：
- Set up control plan, ensure materials, semi-products and finished goods quality controlled within specification.
- Lead teamwork, handling all urgent quality issues with quality tools.
- continued improvement on quality control based on data analyze from internal and external feedback.
- Analyze and monitor Non Conformance Cost, and push continue reduction
- Handling customer’s inquire, claim to fulfill customer expectations from plant
- Quality management in project, follow Q-gate process to ensure new products can be introduced smoothly
- Maintenance and continue improvement on quality management system according IATF16949
- Other tasks assigned from quality manager
- Major in electronics, physics, optics knowledge, bachelor or above
- 5 years above in industry and prefer 3 years above in quality
- Quality tools, ISO9000/IATF16949 knowledge
- VDA6.3 process auditor
- Fluent English skills is required, listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
- Good at communication and negotiation
